We introduce our Fabric Inspection as below:
Standard adopted:
ASTM D5430 4-point system.
Inspection Content:
1. Actual quantities
2. Color shades (bulk fabric color compared with color standard, lot color shade, piece-to-piece color shade)
3. Handfeel and construction (compared with approved quality sample)
4. Cuttable width
5. Fabric length or weight
6. Visual defects on the fabric
7. Packing and shipping mark
Record:
1. All defects we inspected would be written on the Inspection Record Sheet on the spot, and all serious problems and special points would be written as Special Attention attached the Inspection Record Sheet.
2. All representative defects of fabric would be sampled possibly for keeping. (The fabric sample could also be sent to the applicant by collect on request.)
3. All representative defects and key points would be photoed by digital camera and sent to the applicant.
Report:
Inspection report would be sent to the applicant on next working day after the end of inspection.
The applicant would be informed the inspection result by the following information:
1. Fabric Inspection Report
2. Digital Images
3. Inspection Record of Defects.
